What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, SDKs, and technologies that store information on your device or access information from it.

Cookies currently expected
The exact cookies can change depending on enabled features, environment, payment provider, analytics provider, and security provider. At minimum, the service may use session and security cookies, a cookie consent preference cookie, authentication-related cookies, and provider cookies for checkout, email links, analytics, or anti-spam features.
The first-party session may temporarily hold UTM campaign parameters, the landing path, a referrer with its query string removed, and a random visitor identifier. This preserves attribution when you move between a campaign page and a form. If you submit an enquiry, the relevant attribution is saved with that business request. Anonymous landing-page and click analytics are recorded only after optional analytics have been accepted.
Before enabling analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party widgets, the implementation should be checked so that non-essential cookies are not set before a valid consent choice where consent is required.
Third-party cookies
Trusted service providers may set or read cookies and similar technologies when they help us provide hosting, payments, analytics, email, spam prevention, customer support, or embedded content. Their use is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies. The demo flow redirects you to Calendly after your request is saved; Calendly may then use its own cookies under its policies.
How long cookies last
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until you delete them. Consent preference cookies may be stored for a longer period so we can remember your choice, unless you clear them or change your preferences.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Use the banner to accept or reject optional analytics, and use “Cookie preferences” in the website footer to change your choice later. You can also delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website from working, including login, checkout, forms, security, and saved preferences.
